This Refund Policy applies to Summit Themes digital products sold by The Choplin Group LLC, based in Lafayette, Louisiana. If you have a technical issue, email [email protected] first so we can help.
Digital products
Summit Themes products are digital source-code products. They cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. Mandatory refund rights in your country or region will always be honored.
14-day policy
Refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase. We may approve a refund when:
- The Product is materially not as described or does not work as represented.
- The Product has a security vulnerability that cannot be promptly fixed.
- Promised item support is not provided as advertised.
- The purchased files or repository access were not downloaded, accessed, or used.
Before you request a refund
If you are experiencing a technical problem, contact [email protected] with your order email, product name, steps to reproduce, screenshots or logs if available, and the result you expected. We can often troubleshoot or provide an update quickly.
When refunds are not provided
We are not obligated to provide refunds in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after downloading, accessing, or using the Product.
- The Product did not meet subjective expectations that were not stated in the product description.
- You purchased by mistake but downloaded, accessed, or used the Product.
- You do not have sufficient technical expertise to use the Product.
- You refuse to provide enough information to investigate the issue.
- You deployed or used the Product in a production website and then requested a refund.
- Your access was suspended or terminated because of license abuse, credential sharing, unauthorized seat sharing, redistribution, mirrored repositories, shared accounts, bot-only accounts, AI-agent accounts, automation accounts, scraper accounts, indexer accounts, fake accounts, unauthorized GitHub App or OAuth app requests, unauthorized integration requests, or any attempt to grant access beyond the purchased seat count.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order email, order ID if available, product name, and a clear explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional evidence so we can make a fair decision.
Disputes
If we cannot resolve a refund request by email, we will review the available information and make a fair decision based on the Product description, license terms, support history, and applicable law.
