We receive order details needed to fulfill your purchase, such as name, email address, product purchased, license key, invoice/order IDs, and support status. We do not receive your full card number.

Email and support

If you buy a Product, request support, or contact us, we use your email and message content to deliver downloads, license access, updates, transactional notices, and support. We do not send third-party marketing.

What we do not do
